RESPONSIBILITIES: Mascor is currently looking for a parts trainee who will learn to utilise knowledge of parts to focus on excellent customer service. a. SALES product knowledge within set timeframe parts in accordance with standard operating procedures to standard operating procedures and matrix reports to customers and process orders timeously b. ADMINISTRATION that all parts are charged when issued all returns not invoice and ensure credit notes are issued timeously. that all communications are done timeously. c. HOUSEKEEPING that parts department is neat and tidy and includes marketing displays that all parts are stored in accordance with standards. d. RECEIVING AND BINNING that incoming goods are accurate, reporting all discrepancies and damages. all received parts accurately correct marking on parts to be binned that binned parts are in saleable condition Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: a. Qualifications: Min: Grade 12 b. Experience: knowledge of low spec agricultural machines and equipment c. Legal Requirements: drivers license KEY COMPETENCIES a. Planning skills b. Able to operate under pressure. c. Good skills in Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, d. Time management e. Good communication skills
