The Merchandise Operations Management Delivery team is responsible for modernization of Global Merchandise Financial systems, as well as our Pricing and Clearance Management systems. We achieve these goals by implementing off-the-shelf solutions (Oracle Retail), which drive the ability to support key finance processes and markdown strategies. Our business customers rely on the accuracy and integrity of the solutions we provide to manage our merchandise, pay our vendors correctly and in a timely fashion and ultimately report accurate data to Wall Street. Our team consists of over 50 Associates located across the globe, with plans to increase it now through expansion in our India office. Expanding TJX's presence in India will bring knowledge and expertise, local leadership and decision making, enabling us to deliver the right work, at the right time, in the right way. Over the next 12 months, our Indian presence will be the largest representation of the team in any global geography. Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance projects across teams to ensure that the systems and integrations implemented, and functions as designed. Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases to handle complex SFT, E2E, UAT tests. Collaborate with developers and automation engineers to develop Test Cases, Test Case Execution, Defect Management to ensure code is tested to the highest standards. Participate in system, functional, E2E, UAT and regression test execution and upload test evidence to the test management tool. Provide effective and timely communication of QA status, progress, issues, risks and mitigation plans to the Scrum Master / Team Write and test SQL queries and understand PL / SQL Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions. Work together with automation engineers to maintain and expand the automated regression suite for multiple applications. Requirements: Overall 8-10 years of IT experience Bachelors Degree or equivalent Quality Assurance work experience in relevant technical domain with 5 years of strong test experience. Proven leadership qualities to deliver initiatives related to designing and managing test projects, testing and fixing bugs while working in an Agile (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe) environment. Oracle Retail experience preferred Manual testing with SQL. E2E test using SOAP UI Automation test development for complex business rules and rules engine. Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with meeting project goals. Shows a positive, open-minded and can-do attitude. Experience working in Agile teams. Good communication skills and teamwork focus mindset. Current with industry trends, IT Ops and industry best practices and able to identify the ones we should implement. Skills / Tools: ALM / Zephyr SQL Scripting SOAP UI Jira Confluence Control-M SFT, UAT, E2E Testing Project Management Nice to Have: Experience or understanding in SOAP UI Oracle Retail Invoice Matching Test automation experience.
