Deputy Regional Manager

Our client in a Telecommunication industry is looking for a Deputy Regional Manager who will be responsible to manage all the Regional Field Maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of the Network (this includes all telecom, microwave & day to day activities of Field Maintenance ). Take end to end responsibility for the Region by providing good leadership, supporting team members, communicating & cooperating with other departments. Roles and Responsibilities Site Acceptance : Responsible for the acceptance of all Vendors sites, including the sites assets and documents according to related processes, and complete the site problem check and collection cooperated with customer and Vendors, report to related departments FM Routine Maintenance: Responsible for the disposal of TTs from NOC (I-NOC system), and resolution of the problems in time and feedback within agreed SLA Maintenance Plan Implementation: Responsible for the implementation of PM plan and Hardware check list, including main equipments, power, and generator and so on Responsible for the assets register and report Responsible for the routine management of assets, including site attendance management and timely report of asset change, lose, and damage Responsible for the verification of site assets quantity and availability Responsible for the application, warehouse, and use record of spare parts and consumables Responsible for the power charge, maintenance of relationship with owner, and keep the tidy of site environment. Overall managing the whole regions related activities, issues, etc and being able to handle the related regions tasks from A to Z. Manage, evaluate and improves the delivery of subcontractors supporting the project Responsible for Field Preventative Maintenance, Field Corrective Maintenance and Vandalized Sites Repairs Requirements Skills Field maintenance activity management Coordination Skills People management skills Maintenance Management Spare part management and surveillance Project management and control Subcontractor management Quality management Strong Team Player Excellent Leadership skills Fluent English speaker Excellent communication skills At least 5 year work experience in Field Maintenance or related major Multi Vendor working experience is a must, preferred with E/// network 4 Year University degree in technical field/MBA is a plus point Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests Experience At least 5 year work experience in Field Maintenance or related major Multi Vendor working experience is a must, preferred with E/// network 4 Year University degree in technical field/MBA is a plus point Education 4 Year University degree in technical field/MBA is a plus point
