Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in customer relations or sales role, with a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. In-depth knowledge of luxury cars, products, and services. Understanding of the luxury market and up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. A passion for cars and a genuine desire to help customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to work well in a team environment. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective prospecting and sales strategies to generate leads and expand our luxury client base within Hermanus, the Overstrand, and surrounding areas. Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and marketing initiatives. Proactively network and engage with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to generate leads and foster business partnerships. Coordinate service delivery for existing and new clients in Hermanus and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong relationships through personalized interactions, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service. Represent our dealership at events and networking functions.
