Employer Description This is a company that specializes in Shopfitting projects Job Description Your responsibilities will be: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal hardware store Manage and lead a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and support Counting, signing, and receiving of goods Managing all the paperwork, POD etc. Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels Utilize stock control systems to monitor and manage inventory efficiently Implement and maintain barcoding and scanning systems for accurate tracking of goods Place orders for inventory replenishment based on stock levels. Qualifications Matric Skills 5 years of experience in store management. Proven experience in staff management and leadership. Computer literate with proficiency in inventory management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
