Tech Program Manager III

A day in the life: Provide Agile Program Management to Global product technology Core team Provide technical insight to facilitate discussions regarding the platform. Partner with platform hosting vendor and work in tandem with vendors Technical Account Manager to assess risk, coordinate, and schedule all activities occurring on the Transactions platform on pre-production and production environments. Manage bi-weekly releases including driving code reviews, release sign-off, performance testing requests, and post-release testing sign-off. Drive critical ongoing process improvements with the global product technology teams. Lead program/project delivery in partnership with technology and business teams. Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnering with stakeholders. Assemble and manage program roadmap and checkpoint gates. Responsible for managing holistic program budgets and key milestones. Champions project management best practices and processes. Qualifications: 10years in IT; preferred 2 years of program management experience. 5 years of project management and / or related experience. 5 years of engineering experience Education and / or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field (preferred). Hands on experience managing agile project Demonstrated experience in managing work in $2M plus budgets. Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into roadmaps. Proven experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints. Must haves: Worked in Retail domain, Specifically the applications that help our Store Educators. Should have worked in projects that had these tech stack for better understanding. Good communication with a lot of cross functional and different time zone teams. Good to Have: Understanding of front end tech stack such as React / IOS / Web Good understanding of design and product concepts.
