Service Advisor (Northern Suburbs)

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE A well-known, high-volume brand dealership, which forms part of a large NATIONAL Group is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person with excellent customer service skills to join their team. Your duties will include bookings, quotes, job cards, parts ordering, upselling and extensive customer and workshop liaison. It is essential that you have at least 2 years of RECENT Service Advisor experience in a franchised dealership with working knowledge of CDK, Drive, Kerridge or similar. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 2 Years of RECENT Service Advisor experience Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties Good computer (DMS) and admin skills Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) A stable work history Reliable and contactable references You will need the following documents to apply.
