The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple ICT implementation projects and services projects across South Africa. As an ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple ICT implementation projects and services projects simultaneously. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, vendors, and clients. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the project team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT project management, preferably in the telecommunications, data center, or networking industry. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple ICT implementation projects and services projects. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
