Broad description of responsibilities: To deliver exemplary customer service to an existing base of dealers, as well as product/technical training for new Lutron dealers. Job Objectives : Solid grasp of all technical requirement in the Lutron product line Efficient management of RMA processes Technical and design assistance to dealers on Lutron projects Minimum Requirements: Min of 3 years in a technical support role Strong IP networking skills Good communication skills Skilled problem solver Results orientated Must enjoy working in cross-functional teams with tight deadlines and under high pressure
