Enterprise Test Lead

About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Enterprise Test Lead to join our team and play a critical role in the successful delivery of high-quality software applications for the healthcare industry, specifically adhering to Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) testing standards and frameworks. Responsibilities : Test Strategy & Planning : - Lead the development and execution of the Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) for assigned projects within a large enterprise application environment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing scope, objectives, and success criteria. - Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy that aligns with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Test Scripting & Automation : - Lead the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks, ensuring efficient and optimized test coverage. - Design and execute manual testing scenarios using various testing techniques. Test Management & Collaboration : - Coordinate cross-functional testing activities across development, product, and other teams. - Champion the use of Agile project methodologies within the testing team. - Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders through project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet. Reporting & Documentation : - Maintain accurate and complete test documentation. - Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track testing progress throughout the project lifecycle. - Prepare and deliver clear and concise test reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Test Lead (5 years) coordinating and leading testing efforts in a large enterprise application environment. - Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. - Strong understanding of manual testing techniques and their application. - Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. - Project Management Professional (PMP)- Certification (preferred). - In-depth knowledge of Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) testing standards and frameworks. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar platforms. - Experience curating project artifacts and collaborating effectively using shared tools and resources. - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to stakeholders at various levels.
