Pattern Maker (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Paper pattern creation based on styles and images developed by the company;
• Check the paper patterns and samples from suppliers and modify the weaknesses in the paper pattern;
• Analyze recurring problems and train suppliers and technicians;
• Help Brazilian suppliers use paper patterns from China and build a library of paper patterns.

Qualifications:

• Requires 5+ years of pattern making experience and proficiency in pattern making software (Audaces/ET or other CAD software);
• Fluent in English and Chinese are necessary;
• Understanding and communication skills, PPT production skills, able to organize and conduct trainings;
• Ability to improve paper patterns based on customer evaluations;
• Aesthetic ability in terms of proportions, fabrics, and sewing of clothes.
