Job Description

Requirements and Skills: Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Excellent MS Office knowledge. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality. High School degree. PA diploma or certification is a plus Fluent in Afrikaans Responsibilities: Acting as the Point of Contact: Youll be the primary liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Information Management: Efficiently manage information flow, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Calendar Management: Handle Co Owners calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating business events. Travel Arrangements: Make travel and accommodation arrangements for Company Owner. Expense Tracking: Keep track of daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports. Office Management: Oversee office supply inventory and maintain an organised filing system. Communication: Format internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports). Meeting Support: Take minutes during meetings and screen/direct phone calls Package: Salary is market related depending on experience
