IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Agile/Waterfall

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and managing the entire project lifecycle for critical IT infrastructure initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in project management methodologies, IT security, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery and a robust IT foundation for our organization. Requirements : Mandatory : - A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a demonstrated track record of success in delivering infrastructure, identity and access management (IAM), risk management, SIEM, and SaaS projects. - Proven experience managing large, multi-phased, and complex IT projects to ensure their successful completion. - PMP certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) or a PM certification from a recognized accreditation body. (Note : While VITA certification is no longer mentioned as a requirement). Essential Skills : - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate project teams. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks. - In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, technologies, and best practices. - Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. - Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) - Agile experience preferred. - Excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and ensure project alignment. - Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
