You can see more about what we do here - Lead: Job Description: An experienced technical lead who understands enterprise solutions, across multiple languages, time zones and countries using multiple business processes and technologies within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and decision-making, in order to manage ETP products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies and improves methodology, company procedures, and best practices. Is a strong man manager. Operates independently to provide deliveries to customers. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need judgment, in order to implement ETP products and technology to meet customer needs. Demonstrates expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Skills & Experience: - Experience in handling teams of technical specialists who deliver the product to the customer on the cloud, first time right - Proven experience as a Java Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. - In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, J2EE architecture, and Spring framework. - Hands-on experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), Hibernate, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). - Experience in Java Microservices, Angular. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience in code review - Aware of CI & CD tools like Jenkins - Aware of Dockers environment & Linux OS (Ubuntu) - Handled teams of 5 to 8 developers Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Technical Design for the development features considering overall design principles, ETP Product foundation points and overall ETP architecture. - Preparation of detailed development WBS. - Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards. - Unit Test Scenarios. - Task Allocation, monitoring, review of actual work done along with Code review. - Guide team on complex business logic development, testing and deployment areas - Carrying out key feature development by yourself along with managing the team members. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Ensure projects are executed on time and budget - Own quality of development and documentation (ref:hirist.tech)
