SAP EWM Manager - Implementation

Position : SAP EWM - Manager Experience : 10 Years Hands on experience Salary : Open for Discussion Location : Bangalore and Chennai Location Experience: - 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation projects. - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing EWM implementations from inception to go-live. - In-depth expertise in core EWM functionalities, including: Inbound and outbound warehouse processes (goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, shipping) Cross-docking operations Labor management and optimization Value-added services (VAS) configuration and execution Radio Frequency (RF) solutions integration Material Flow System (MFS) integration Skills and Abilities: - Strong proficiency in all aspects of SAP EWM modules, with a focus on the areas listed above. - Ability to translate business requirements into effective EWM configurations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and troubleshoot EWM system issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams (warehouse operations, IT, logistics). - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of EWM specialists. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines. - Strong understanding of warehouse best practices and industry trends in warehouse management systems. - Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage SAP EWM implementation projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their warehouse requirements and translate them into EWM configurations. - Design and configure key EWM functionalities, including inbound/outbound processes, replenishment strategies, cross-docking, labor management, VAS, RF solutions, and MFS integration. - Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans for EWM functionality. - Train warehouse personnel on new EWM processes and functionalities. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the EWM system after go-live. - Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP EWM features and functionalities. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the warehouse through EWM Information: - This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse logistics and supply chain management principles. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is essential.
