Senior Developer - Java/Python

Summary : - We are is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Developer to join our growing team. - You will play a key role in the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. - You will contribute to our innovative projects by leveraging your strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices. - Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and functionality. - Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to maintain optimal application performance. - Stay up-to-date on the latest development technologies, frameworks, and best practices. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall development process. - Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team (beneficial). Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 5 years of experience as a software developer in a professional setting - Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) - Experience with various development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) - Solid understanding of software design principles (e.g., OOP, SOLID) - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) - Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jest) (beneficial) - Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (beneficial) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software (ref:hirist.tech)
