Quality Assurance Lead - NFT Testing

Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Define the overall QA strategy, setting clear goals, test plans, and quality standards for software development projects. - Implement and maintain a robust testing methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. - Design, develop, and execute various test cases (functional, non-functional, regression) to identify and report software defects. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. - Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and track bug resolution progress. - Champion continuous improvement initiatives for the QA processes and tools. - Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the QA team. - Document QA processes, test plans, and procedures for clear communication and future reference. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 5 years of experience in software testing with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role - Proven experience in leading and motivating a QA team - In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and testing principles - Expertise in designing and executing various test cases (functional, non-functional, regression) - Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software (ref:hirist.tech)
