As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations, configurations, and integrations within the Dynamics CRM platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Dynamics CRM, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities : - Designing and developing custom business applications using Power Apps, leveraging various data sources and connectors. - Creating and automating workflows and business processes using Power Automate. - Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and views. - Managing solution deployments and implementing CI/CD best practices. - Utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, XRM Toolbox, Visual Studio Code, and Plugin Registration Tool for development and deployment tasks. - Designing and implementing security roles, field security profiles, and relationship mappings in Dynamics 365. - Developing and deploying plugins for customizing Dynamics 365 behavior. - Creating and configuring dashboards and charts for data visualization and analysis. - Customize and extend Dynamics CRM using JavaScript, C#, and other programming languages. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and release notes. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations - Modules - Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Service Automation Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and other programming languages. - Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and customization capabilities. - Experience with Dynamics CRM development tools, including Visual Studio, Power Platform, and the Dynamics CRM SDK. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
