Junior Bookkeeper - Payroll/creditors full function

Payroll preparation (there is an external company that does the actual payroll). This is critical Daily cashbooks and cash flows Petty cash management Various bookkeeping admin related functions (Debtors and creditors , inventory management ) The Creditors Clerk will be responsible for carrying out accounting and administrative duties such as the processing and payment of supplier invoices. Preparation of books for various companies to management accounts for two smaller companies, inter-company processing and offsets Trial Balance Previous experience with inventory (stock) modules in Pastel is non-negotiable Worked with stock movement/environment Pastel Evolution experience is a must Strong Excel skills Reconciliation of creditors accounts Have sound organizational and accuracy skills. Bookkeeping principles. Attentive to detail. Handle pressure. Meeting all deadlines. Can communicate within the team and contribute to the overall success of the team. Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment.
