IT technician - duties and responsibilities:

As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for performing direct maintenance, resolving complex problems, and ensuring the seamless installation of new systems.

Main Accountabilities:

• Works with clients to determine the problem and develops and implements an appropriate technical solution.
• Answers or escalates calls within given timescales.
• Undertakes installation and maintenance of client systems (e.g., PCs, mobile phones).
• Develops and maintains client relationships, identifying opportunities to extend existing service agreements.
• Assists in the development of test and repair processes.
• Liaises with help desks, support centers, etc.
• Performs troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Requirements and qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a field service representative or in a similar role.
• B2B contract required.
• Experience in managing and preserving technical equipment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications.
