We are in search of an IT Technician to join Pomeroy team, playing a pivotal role in providing high-quality remedial services. As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for performing direct maintenance, resolving complex problems, and ensuring the seamless installation of new systems.
Your daily tasks will encompass a broad spectrum, ranging from diagnosing software and hardware issues to delivering top-tier customer service. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to adhering to the company's technical standards, quality procedures, and protocols.

Main Accountabilities:
- Works with clients to determine the problem and develops and implements an appropriate technical solution.
- Answers or escalates calls within given timescales.
- Undertakes installation and maintenance of client systems (e.g., PCs, mobile phones).
- Develops and maintains client relationships, identifying opportunities to extend existing service agreements.
- Assists in the development of test and repair processes.
- Liaises with help desks, support centers, etc.
- Performs troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Requirements and qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a field service representative or in a similar role.
- B2B contract required.
- Experience in managing and preserving technical equipment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications.
