Internal Auditor (Stock)

As an Internal Auditor within this awesome group, you'll have the chance to work independently and collaboratively to conduct internal audits across a diverse range of businesses. From retail stores to factories and divisions, you'll immerse yourself in various environments, uncovering areas for improvement and driving meaningful change. What You'll Do: Conduct internal audits autonomously and as part of a team. Identify weaknesses in procedures, systems, and internal controls, offering actionable recommendations for enhancement. Oversee the implementation of audit recommendations to enhance operational excellence. Perform stock-take audits and investigate instances of fraud or theft. Evaluate business processes and risks, ensuring the effectiveness of risk management procedures. Provide consulting services to optimize operational efficiency in critical areas such as warehousing, stock control, and cash management. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. What You'll Need: A degree in BCom Internal Audit/BTech Internal Audit or a similar field (Progress towards CIA preferred). Strong retail background with 2-3 years of experience.
