Job Snapshot : We are looking for a rockstar JavaScript developer who is proficient with either of the Javascript Frameworks. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important. What's in it for you : - Build products with advanced Javascript framework: ReactJS, BackboneJS. - Work on Web/Mobile products (touch devices: mobiles and tablets). - Enhance our UI Performance: optimising page load, rendering, caching. - Build the aesthetics from a usability perspective. - Learn & collaborate horizontally & vertically with multiple stakeholders. - Implement your ideas & solve real time complex problems We'd love to hear from you, if you : - Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's - Have 1-3 years of experience in frontend development. - Are obsessed with best practices and have an eye for detail. - Can self-start with a high level of drive and commitment. - Have high energy and drive to work in a startup environment. - Have a good understanding of layout structuring. - Have experience working with libraries like Material Design and D, etc. - Have an understanding of design systems and token systems. - Possess conceptual thinking, flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. - Attain ability to work under pressure and confidence to deal with complex issues. - Have strong communication skills. - Are hands-on and detail-oriented. - Obtain experience in the platform then it will be a plus.
