RBHU Analytics - Senior Data Engineer - Data Warehousing

Responsibilities : 1. Assume ownership of Data Engineering projects from inception to completion. 2. Implement fully operational data warehouse solutions in production environments using Snowflake. 3. Showcase proficiency in Snowflake data modelling and ELT techniques with Snowflake SQL, including the implementation of complex stored procedures and adherence to best practices in data warehousing and ETL. 4. Utilize modern data ingestion-orchestration-transformation tools such as Azure Data Factory, SNP Glue to streamline and automate data pipelines. 5. Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) to ensure robust and scalable data solutions (nice to have). 6. Maintain code versioning and collaborate effectively within a version-controlled environment. 7. Candidate must be able to gather requirements and correlate them with source systems across SAP, LMS, LOS et al. Requirements : 1. 2 Yrs experience as a data engineer 2. Hands on experience in building-managing data platforms (ETL-Lake-Warehousing) in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure. 3. Experience in Snowflake DWH and tools like Snowpipe, SnowSQL, et al. 4. Demonstrable experience of data modelling and schema design. 5. Experience in performing incremental ETL for complex use-cases. Technology skills required : 1. Snowflake DWH 2. Azure, AWS basics 3. ETL - Azure Data Factory, SNP Glue, Matillion, Informatica 4. MS Office tools for productivity (ref:hirist.tech)
