Gallagher - Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Should be able to work as an individual contributor and maintain good relationship with stakeholders. - Should be proactive to learn new skills per business requirement. - Familiar with extraction of relevant data, cleanse and transform data into insights that drive business value, through use of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : - Technical Bachelor's Degree. - Non-Technical Degree holders should have 4 years of relevant experience. PREFERRED SKILLS : MUST HAVE : - Strong MS PowerBI skills. - Good experience in HR & Talent Data and Analytics domain. - Excellent knowledge of SQL. - Good MS Excel skills - Data analysis, Business analysis - Database management and reporting - Critical-thinking and problem-solving - Excellent verbal and written Communication skills - Review and validate customer data as it's collected - Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse - Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases - Monitor analytics and metrics results - Good knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica. - Implement new data analysis methodologies - Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies GOOD TO HAVE : - Python & R. WORK EXPERIENCE : - 3 years of relevant experience ADDITIONAL NOTES : - Should be ready work in US or UK shift primarily starting at 3pm IST or 6pm IST or 9pm IST. (ref:hirist.tech)
