Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. A passion for fashion and a creative approach to styling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and store layout principles is a plus.
