Job Description : SAP MM Job Location - Thane Education Criteria : - Any IT Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/BSc IT/Bsc Computer science, BCA) with 60 % throughout in Academics. - SAP MM /WM Configuration /process knowledge. - Preferably 1 end to end implementation of SAP MM /WM - Sound knowledge of business process and best practices around material handling,purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet and route management. - Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantage - Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment and planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management, retail, logistics, Indian indirect duties/taxes. - Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function. - Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org. - Knowledgeable on implementation project support related processes, issue tracking and management - Effective resource and time management - Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implement them with their buy-in - Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. - Leads testing efforts. - Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. - Communicates needed changes to development team. - Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution. - Manages resources (external and internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. - Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. - Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background understanding of warehouse/logistics/ c and fis an added plus. PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES : - Communicates effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. - Manages user expectations effectively. - Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles. - Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction. - Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects - Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties. - Drive and manage projects (big /small) effectively towards completion in time, using resources judiciously and effectively and high productivity. - Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans. - Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).
