FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about monitoring KPIs, forecasting inventory and financials, and other management accounting duties. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support short-term and long-term strategic plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and various scenario analysis. Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews and variance analyses to evaluate business performance against budget and forecast, providing detailed insights and action plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and forecasting. Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders to aid in strategic decision-making. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide benchmarking and identify potential impacts on financial performance. Support the financial integration of new products or business lines, including pricing strategies and profitability analysis. Enhance financial processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies at all stages of financial planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA certification required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the retail or manufacturing sector. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information in an understandable and actionable manner. Experience with financial systems and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage projects with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. You must have a Canadian work permit and currently live in Canada. The job requires physical presence in the office during the business' office hours.
