Zopper - Project Manager

About Zopper : Zopper is the largest player in the technology enabled Insurance distribution in India. We sit between Insurance Carriers and Ecosystem partners and enable seamless Insurance distribution. Our tech enabled solutions enable disparate industry segments such as Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, Ecommerce Platforms, Retail Chains to monetise their captive customer base by distribution Insurance as a financial product. We are a 12 years old organization, raised $100 million in equity capital and have key PE and VC firms such as Creaegis, ICICI Venture, Bessemer Venture Partners, Dharana Capital and Blume Ventures on our cap-table. Roles and Responsibilities : - Analyzing, planning and developing scheduled projects - Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects - Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project - Updating and maintaining production status - Ensure proper deployment is achieved - Create and communicate management plans and processes. - Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties. - Define project responsibilities with stakeholders. - Participate in how the budget and staff are allocated for the project. - Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports. Prerequisites : - Should have 3 years of experience - Good communication skills and interpersonal skills - Should be from NBFC/ Fintech (Payments Bank), Small Finance Bank, Banking Consultant (ref:hirist.tech)
