Job Description

Job Description : Responsible for overseeing, developing, and implementing data and analytics strategies for Customer Experience department. This role will also work closely with IT department, Web / UX services and Customer Services teams. Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Data Analysis/Visualization/Dashboard Development for Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Data : Manage the business analytics platforms, including user management, documentation, and performance, and supervise installations and code placement. See beyond the numbers and understand how the users interact with the data (Sales, Marketing and Customer Service) to leverage visualization tools to analyze data. Gather requirements, design, and develop solutions in support of new projects and BI analytics. Collaborate with delivery/technical teams and subject matter experts to help with proper tracking mechanism implementations. Promote the mindset within the organization of driving decisions and business value through effective data mining and visualizations. Working as a strategic partner with departments and business units to support new insights and reveal opportunities. Establish data strategy, analytics, process, and procedures within the organization. Validate data warehousing data streams for quality and accuracy in collaboration with third-party systems integrators / agencies and IT. Focus on data security to assure the right data is seen and used by the right people. Build out capabilities in data reporting, analytics, data governance, data analysis, data quality, and metric dashboards within the organization. Train and educate staff at all levels of skill and expertise on how to best leverage tools. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to grow the data and analytics discipline. Interacts with individuals and teams throughout the organization. Data Stewardship & Governance : Have deep and detailed understanding of the role of clients Customer Experience BI systems in the larger technical ecosystem and represent these interests in working with internal stakeholders. Identify and address potential impacts from business and technical changes. Internal Customer Support & Agencies Liaison : Perform the role of internal representative and advocate for Business Intelligence for the Customer Experience team. Partner with our agencies to deliver exceptional results by developing strategies, plans, and targets. Check progress and course correct as needed. Provide user support to internal customers in accessing and using data within consumer-facing systems and tools including Excel, Datorama, Power BI and similar systems. Create and maintain user-facing documentation and training for Customer Experience BI systems. Propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives. Build, test, and gain end user signoff on work performed. Other duties may be assigned Must have key skills : Ability to use a computer for 8.5 hours per day Must have excellent English speaking and written skills. Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing technology Strong Experience with a data visualization tool (e.g. Datorama, PowerBI) Previous experience in the Microsoft data warehouse and ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Synapse) Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, fast problem solving, lean and innovative mindset. Experience in Azure Dev ops Experience with Agile or Scrum project methodology Experience with modern technology stack and toolset such as Python, Spark, Hadoop Education, Experience, and other requirements : Must have Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience Minimum of five years of experience in Data and Analytics/Business Intelligence architecture (ref:hirist.tech)
