GIS Analyst - Microsoft Power Platform

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage spatial data and automation. You will utilize your expertise in GIS and Power BI to create dynamic mapping applications, analyze location data, and automate workflows to improve efficiency. Responsibilities : - Design and develop interactive GIS applications using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online to visualize spatial data. - Utilize Power BI to create insightful data dashboards and reports for informed decision-making. - Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse) to automate data workflows and streamline processes. - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) geospatial and other relevant data for analysis and visualization. - Integrate real-time location data into applications and dashboards using RESTful APIs. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Requirements : - Minimum of 5 years of experience using GIS technologies for spatial data analysis and application development. - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse). - Proven ability to develop dynamic mapping applications using ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Online. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming using high-level compiled languages (C#, C++, Java) and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python). - Strong understanding of data management concepts and experience with SQL Server or similar database platforms. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Azure Data Lakes and Data Warehouse (a plus). - Experience with other relevant software such as Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, and Oracle is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a cross-functional team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
