IT Logistics Fusion Cloud Architect - Oracle Implementation

A top global technology manufacturer is looking for an IT Solution Architect with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Logistics. This leader will play a critical role in supporting our IT strategies and engaging in the ongoing transformation of our business with our internal and external partners. Fostering strong relationships with strategic internal partners is essential for success. This is both a functional and a technical role requiring the ability to handle complex situations in a dynamic environment, as well as provide solid technical solutions as part of a transformation and modernization effort. Job Responsibilities : - Lead/drive Oracle Fusion Cloud Logistics functional design, technical design, development, and support in manufacturing and supply chain global trade processes. - Work with cross-functional teams to implement integrated logistics solutions across Fusion Cloud and other SCM modules, as well as legacy eBS and other non-Oracle applications. - Perform architect role on Oracle Fusion Cloud participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization. - Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical development and make recommendations for improvement. - Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of major systems defects and bugs. - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and architectural controls to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users while minimizing customizations. - Define ERP technical and application architectures, participate in detailed design, development, and testing phases. - Analyze data and translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Leverage detailed knowledge of the underlying database tables, integration points and technology processes to architect and deploy solutions. - Prioritize, scope, and negotiate time and effort requirements for project and enhancement demand pipeline while facilitating estimation of business benefits. Qualifications : - Minimum of 8 years of experience providing functional solutions, architecting, integrating, and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Logistics and SCM modules, including OIC experience. - Solid understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain business processes - inventory management, shipping, receiving, warehousing/distribution, transportation, and trade compliance. - Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Strong business acumen and understanding of ERP from both functional and implementation perspectives. - Polished communication skills enabling effective interactions with business and technical audiences, with ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; Master's or MBA degree is preferred.
