Job Description
As a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant, your role involves several key responsibilities : Requirements Gathering and Documentation : - Conduct client workshops to understand their business requirements for the successful implementation of the ERP solution. - Document these requirements in the form of Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, or User Stories, in line with project needs. Design and Customization : - Develop design documents for any required customizations and reports within Dynamics 365. - Ensure that these design documents encompass boundary conditions and comprehensive test scenarios. Collaborative Review : - Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping created by other team members, ensuring alignment with project goals. Configuration : - Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Product Information Management, Procurement, Production, Sales, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management. - Configure D365 functionalities for Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, Vendor Portal, and Manufacturing. Client Support and Training : - Offer guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting. Customization and Integration : - Develop functional specifications and design documents for any required customizations and integrations. - Collaborate closely with technical consultants to ensure that functional requirements are accurately translated into technical designs.
