To drive forward the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for you as a System Engineer (m/f/d) Databases / Business Intelligence Join our Prosoz Analytics team in the Social Security business area in a full-time position working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions This will be your job You will support the Prosoz Analytics team in the administration and maintenance of Oracle and SQL Server databases for our customers You take over the application management of our Business Intelligence product for our customers The expansion of (performance) monitoring, analysis and tuning is also part of your tasks You will be responsible for expanding administrative operational services for our customers You actively advise our customers on infrastructure in the context of databases, data warehousing and business intelligence You not only take on the rollout of new product versions for our customers, but also set impulses for continuous improvement on your own responsibility You are a cooperation partner of the customer's administration department This is what we want You have a degree in IT, have completed training as an IT specialist or have a comparable qualification as an IT application manager or IT system administrator You have initial (to in-depth) professional experience in supporting critical applications and systems You have basic experience as an administrator of Oracle / Microsoft SQL databases You have experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse (desirable) You are a strong communicator and demonstrate a hands-on mentality You are structured and have a goal-oriented mindset You are willing to familiarize yourself with new technologies, methods and processes This is how you might think You fit in with us if the following sentences could also come from you: High product quality is achieved through the collaboration of everyone involved in the entire result and continuous improvement.
