Ideal and suitable candidates must have: Strong FMCG exposure Commercial experience and be commercially astute Able to identify new business, build sales team capabilities and manage customer relationships. Expertise in brand marketing, innovation process, strategy development, market segmentation, and insights as well as market research Account Management experience Strong stakeholder skills Must have worked across multiple markets Build relationships between distributors and clients Desired Qualifications: BCom/BSc or Postgraduate MBA advantageous
