To promote the Woolworths beauty range to the customer utilizing specialist knowledge to maximize sales by influencing and driving availability of the right products at the right time whilst exceeding customer expectations. What you'll do This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work. Use product knowledge to suggest buying options Reporting acts of dishonesty related to shrinkage and fraud to your line manager or shrinkage hotline Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Manage stock levels Ensure shopkeeping disciplines are continuously in place by adhering to Operation manuals and display maintenance principles. Ensure cosmetic sales are in line with agreed sales budget Minimize shrinkage in line with store targets Participate in team to ensure achievement of department and store goals and general store operational duties Control administration - (IBTs, RTMs, price and discrepancy reports) Good housekeeping standards and sales delivery according to target Always maintain customer service levels Minimize tester waste and shrinkage Management of self, appearance and standards Communicate any irregularities to store team leader Deliver a sound knowledge of products Create the appropriate ambience in department through maintaining standards Requirements This is a list of things you will need in order to be considered for this role English Clear criminal record Preferences Meeting the preferences would be a plus, but if you don't, it won't stop companies from considering you. South African candidates Experience: Salesperson Within 15km from job Minimum 1yr experience in Beauty Sales environment Be available and flexible to work different shifts and across the store Experience as a deli assistant or working for a catering company or equivalent (foods handling environment) is beneficial Passion for retail and selling Living the Brand" personal leadership and attitude to work Passion for Customer - establish lifelong relationships with our customers Versatile communication Skills Attention to detail/ accuracy Able to work well within a team
