RPA Analyst - Automation Anywhere

What You Will Need To Bring With You : (Experience & education required) - 5 Years of IT experience - 3 Years with Automation Anywhere - Minimum of 3 years hand on experience working with Automation anywhere 10.7 or higher. - Should have knowledge on 11.x. - Proficient in automating complex business requirements and proactively propose alternate solution. - Designing and development of bots/Metabot to enhance the functionality. - Proficient in understanding the requirement and propose the relevant RPA tool (Automation anywhere or UI path) - Should be open to learn new technologies and share the workload of team members. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field - Strong verbal and written communication - Strong analytical and problem-solving skill - Relationship management A Day In The Life Could Include : - Close coordination with various teams like business users, customer service representative, end users to understand the requirement and ask relevant questions to fulfil their needs to automate the process. - Develop estimates and participate in the clarity calls and understand the requirements. - Participates in and/or drives the system configuration which meets security, architecture, and support requirements, all while satisfying business needs. - Support the production environment and make sure the process are running fine and take necessary action if there are any errors. - Try to optimize the solution and experiment with different approaches / tools and arrive at optimal solution. - Look for additional opportunities to enhance the process and try to standardize and reusability. - Document the process with the relevant design / test documents and follow the SDLC lifecycle - Part of the team to provide support to the process already in production and also help prioritize task and deliver on time quality process . - Should have been instrumental in identification of automation opportunity.
