Job Description : Good knowledge on : Dell EMC VMAX3, PMAX, VNX, ISILON, & Netapp & Brocade SAN Switches. 1) Monitoring the storage device alerts 2) Basic understanding SAN and NAS 3) Basic understanding of Alerts 4) Health check of Devices 5) Follow-up with Vendors 6) Opening SR's with respective Vendors 7) Netapp share drive Creation 8) Assign Permissions to the Share drive on Netapp 0) Good Communication skills (written and verbal) 10) Knowledge of ITIL Process 11) Monitor SAN switch port alerts and take preventive actions 12) Understanding of Storage architectures of PMAX/NETAPP/SAN/PStore 13) Basic understanding of host integration with storage. 14) LUN Creation on PMAX/Pstore 15) LOGS collection from storage and switches 16) Update inventory of all storage devices (ref:hirist.tech)
