Centific - Technical Project Manager - .Net Technology Stack

Job Description : The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. TPM will have the chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel as well as form a dream team of experts for each project to maximize resources and efficiency. TPM's problem-solving and leadership skills are highly valuable to the company's success. Responsibilities : - Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. - Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. - Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. - Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. - Analyse economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards. - Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes. - Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors. - Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news. - Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom-line impact. - Work with product owner in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities that help them succeed in their business goals. - Work closely with engineering team distributed globally to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. - Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. - Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments. - Excellent problem-solving skills - Mentor and onboard members of the core team as needed. - Ensure customer service is provided in a timely fashion. - Assist in the test strategy and execution of master test plan. Job Skills & Qualifications : Required/Primary : - Total 15 years of experience in IT industry - 8 years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience in a technology-oriented organization including development work and interactions with customers. - Technical knowledge on .Net technology stack - Proven track record of leading global teams to meet project objectives and timeline with quality. - Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing solutions. Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals. - Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities - Excellent problem-solving skills - Experience with Agile : - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. - Azure DevOps - GitHub - Knowledgeable on Databases - Knowledgeable on Logistics, Supply Chain Managements systems (ref:hirist.tech)
