Senior Commerce Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics 365

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert consultation and guidance on Dynamics 365 Commerce implementation projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the Dynamics 365 Commerce solution to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and optimization. Responsibilities : - Lead the requirements gathering process with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications. - Design and configure Dynamics 365 Commerce to meet client requirements, including but not limited to product catalog setup, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and order management. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration between Dynamics 365 Commerce and other systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. - Provide expert guidance on best practices for leveraging Dynamics 365 Commerce features and functionality to optimize business processes and drive efficiency. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for clients to showcase Dynamics 365 Commerce capabilities and empower users. - Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support on project delivery and professional development. - Stay current on industry trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 Commerce functionality, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 Commerce, assisting sales teams with pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. - Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - Advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions. - In-depth understanding of retail business processes, including but not limited to merchandising, sales, and customer service. - Strong technical proficiency in Dynamics 365 Commerce configuration and customization. - Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 Commerce with other Microsoft products such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and Power Platform. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams at all levels. - Proven ability to lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. - Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred. - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Commerce and related technologies are a plus.
