Business Insights Analyst - ETL & Data Warehousing

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Insights Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in extracting valuable insights from data to support informed business decisions. Your expertise in data management, analytics, and a strong foundation in SQL (particularly with Snowflake) will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for our Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Design and develop efficient data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Develop and maintain data warehouses to store and organize large datasets for analysis. - Perform data transformations and cleaning to ensure data accuracy and quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues to maintain data integrity and availability. - Write optimized SQL queries, particularly for Snowflake environment, to efficiently retrieve and manipulate data. - Utilize advanced proficiency in a programming language like Python or R to automate data analysis tasks and build data models. - Develop and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics tools and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in a Business Insights Analyst role or a similar data-focused position. - In-depth knowledge of data management concepts like data warehousing, data governance, and data quality. - Proven experience in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines for data integration. - Strong SQL skills, with a preference for experience working with Snowflake. - Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python or R for data analysis and automation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns in data. - Effective communication and presentation skills to translate complex data insights for a non-technical audience. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
