Technical Manager - Frontend & Backend Architecture

Job Description : Key Skills : - Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, collaboration and decision-making skills - Possess a positive and energetic attitude, with a view to moving the business forward - Strong self-management and ability to work in ambiguity - Experience building and leading development and support teams that design and deliver highly reliable and scalable systems leveraging one or more technologies here, like JavaScript, Java, React & backend technologies like Python, Pyspark, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQL Server - Experience leading development teams in major cloud technology modernization initiatives and programs, esp. in AWS - S3, Lambda, Glue, RDBMS, CloudWatch - Strong SQL Development/Datawarehouse experience, business requirement elicitation, data analysis. - Demonstrates Automation skill set with prior experience. - Experience developing IT solutions in a SaaS environment including application configuration/development - Experience leading highly motivated engineers, with specialized skills and diverse functional elements. - Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping, and DevOps) - Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - Understanding of architecture, design principles to guide the development team (ref:hirist.tech)
