Project Manager - Scrum/QlikSense

Job Description : 1. Technical expertise in Qliksense 2. Lead, plan and support program and project delivery 3. Scrum, agile methodology, waterfall 4. MPP (Microsoft Project Planning), JIRA, Scrum 5. Focus is more on 6 years of relevant experience (Consultant level) Work Experience : 6 years Work Location : Pune Responsibilities : Project Management : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights. Scrum Master : Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives). Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Remove impediments and barriers that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to achieve their sprint goals. Promote collaboration and communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog. Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes to resolve conflicts and drive consensus. Continuous Improvement : Drive the adoption of agile best practices and methodologies across the organization. Conduct retrospectives to reflect on team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant insights into project management practices. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience managing complex projects using agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
