Duties and Requirements: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 5 years working experience with cross border freight consolidation experience Understanding of basic INCO terms, SARS customs entries, bill of landing, SAD500's, etc. Generate tracking and cargo movement reports in line with SOP's Oversee collection and delivery of cargo into and out of the warehouse Load and create job on system to provide accurate tracking, updates, manage border clearance delays, etc. Prepare accurate quotes based on calculating volume weight vs actual weight and deck space and understand who to quote for add on services like collections, documentation, etc. Liaising and communicating with customers, suppliers, internal and external clearing agents, stakeholders and external departments like shipping lines, bureau Veritas, etc. regarding permits, updates. delays, damages or changes Good understanding of remover in bond cargo, air freight, sea freight and cross border road freight exports, route planning, etc.
