Technician (Volkswagen Experience)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VW / Audi Motor Vehicle Technician to join the ranks of a successful Dealership based in Johannesburg . Key Responsibilities: Diagnostic and Repair: Perform diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues accurately. Carry out repairs and maintenance on Audi and VW vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. Address electrical, mechanical, and technical issues efficiently. Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines. Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and diagnostic equipment. Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to Audi and VW vehicles. Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs. Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and diagnostic tests performed. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely and organized manner. Qualifications and requirements: Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic) Proven experience as an Audi/VW Motor Vehicle Technician. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
