Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for inbound and outbound goods movement, procurement, and inventory management Dealing with issues, stock ageing, critical stock, and slow-moving stock Coordinate store activities and delegate to picker/packer Design floor layout and outline procedures Stock control, receipts, issues transfers and data capture Oversee off-site stores Forecast demand for all warehouses and process purchase orders Ensure that goods are stored safely Housekeeping and training of store staff Produce inventory reports (issues, purchases, stock on hand, obsolete stock, receipts) Procurement of spare and consumables Perform periodic stock counts (weekly and annually) Update data on BPO Respond to customer queries pertaining to stock and deliveries Monitor critical stock items and re-order Processing of defect reports and liaising with major suppliers Organize collection and disposal of used items to the supplier Vehicle trip sheet and vehicle inspections Requirements 2-3 years experience in stores and dealing with inventory processes Attention to detail Experience on MS Excel BPO experience advantageous Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
