Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle all lifestyle requests for clients, ensuring seamless execution. Deliver exceptional customer service, catering to client needs promptly and efficiently. Present lifestyle alternatives along with cost breakdowns to clients. Facilitate commercial or transactional activities as necessary. Act as the liaison between clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Reconcile all travel, dining, and other expenses accurately. Maintain detailed records of all activities and events. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration (preferred). 3-5 years of relevant experience (minimum). Valid driver's license and access to own transportation. Previous experience in a concierge role. Familiarity with similar responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: International experience is advantageous. Proficiency in financial management is essential. Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Ability to manage commercial and transactional tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional written communication skills. Dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Experience working with a travel desk is a plus.
