Program Manager - Jira/Agile

Job Description : - Strong experience in managing Data project e.g. DWH, BI, Data Lake etc. - Must have experience to manage atleast team of 15 people. - Understanding and experience in project finance, schedule, quality planning, audit etc. - Strong Customer management skill - Additional project management, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications from accredited institution (e.g., PMI or ASQ) preferred. - Understanding of basic data warehousing principals and concepts, and technical knowledge related to Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or IT strongly preferred. - Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies and projects. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including backlog aging and tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and capacity planning. - Experience leading and administering Agile projects using Agile tool such as Jira, git or similar project management system (e.g., VersionOne, Teamwork, Confluence, etc.). - Strong background in project management and process improvement. - Familiar with System Development Life Cycle, CI/CD, and DevOps.) - Conflict resolution and able to quickly work through blockers. - Candidate must excel in communication/presentation skills, both oral and written, and tailor communication to various levels of the : Experience with ETL and data warehouse/data mart development teams.
