Snowflake Developer - SQL/Python

Job Descriptions : - Snowflake developer 4 years - Strong experience with Azure Data bricks and Python programming for data engineering tasks, including data ingestion, transformation, and loading. - Proficiency in dimensional modelling concepts and techniques, such as star schemas, snowflake schemas, and slowly changing dimensions. - Exposure to ADF for data integration and workflow orchestration. - Exposure to CI/CD Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices, including data staging, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality assurance. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and interact with stakeholders Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance data solutions using Snowflake's cloud data platform. - Implement complex SQL queries and Snowflake-specific features such as Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks to optimize data loading and transformation processes. - Work closely with data engineers and architects to integrate Snowflake with various data sources and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and storage. - Develop and manage Snowflake's roles, warehouses, databases, and schemas while enforcing best practices in data security and governance. - Utilize Snowflake's features like Zero-Copy Cloning, Time Travel, and Materialized Views to enhance data management and analytics. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that provide actionable insights. - Perform data modeling, performance tuning, and cost optimization to ensure efficient data storage and access. - Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and technologies, incorporating them into our solutions to maintain a competitive edge. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, contributing to their growth and ensuring high-quality development practices.
