Below are the details Role: Project Manager Exp: 10 Years Skills: End to end Project Management, Good Knowledge on Data Ware House, ADF, informatic,Tableau, Power bi,Agile. Waterfall, Scrum certified, PMT, AWS, Azure, risk mitigation Role Responsibility: Project Management: Successfully manage projects of varying sizes, both internal and client initiatives, from initiation to completion using PM methodology. Monitor project delivery and organize audit processes with COEs (Centers of Excellence). Collaborate with talent management for optimal team assignments. Work with the finance team on project billings. Track performance scores of the delivery team and encourage innovation. Collaborate with the support team for resource needs. Attracting Talent: Market the Systech brand to attract talent. Manage talent intake programs, including internships and other initiatives. Participate in the hiring process and assist in recruiting through networking. Training Talent: Train the next generation of leaders. Create awareness and suggest needed training programs. Monitor training programs (Basic, Advanced, and Expert levels) and analyze gaps, recommending changes to the COE. Other Roles: From project planning to talent planning, participate in forecasting talent requirements. Coordinate appraisal programs. Engage in people management and encourage innovation. Role Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands. Deep knowledge and understanding of business needs, establishing/maintaining customer trust and confidence. Hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining all necessary documentation for the Waterfall model. Proficient in time/effort estimates for new projects/services across the complete SDLC. Proven ability to lead initiatives and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met. Solid understanding and demonstrated experience using tools such as Jira, Greenhopper, Rally, or VersionOne, as well as Microsoft Project, Visio, and other Office tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills, interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels, including the executive level. Creative problem-solving approach, balancing attention to detail with a "big picture" view. Additional Requirements: Experience in project management of small to large implementations. Work experience in delivering Data Warehouse projects. Project planning, estimating, and approach definition experience. Implementation of SDLC and Agile methodology in projects. Mentoring/training teams in all aspects of knowledge needed for projects. Experience with team allocation and managing all kinds of project-related risks. Working experience in implementing PMO objectives and measurements in projects. Proven track record with 7 years of successfully delivering projects as a project manager.
