IT Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

IT Project Manager - SDM Job Description - SDM (Project Manager) Work Mode : At least 5 years of experience working in an IT organization having a good understanding of SDLC(Agile/Waterfall). Minimum 3 years of experience working on greenfield applications delivery in Microsoft Power Platform or Automation Projects. Experience in insurance projects would be an added advantage. Mandatory Skills: - Deadlines with the right solutions on time. - Good understanding of Power Automate and RPA solutions to collaborate with the architects and development teams to shortlist the right solution. - Experienced in integration projects using API's and connectors for Microsoft native applications as well as bespoke applications. - Understanding of different work estimation methodologies, ability to review estimates and manage project budgets. - Worked on Jira, Azure Deveops or similar tools to manage the backlog, deliverables etc. to have the performance matrix and statuses online. - Strong risk Management Skills : Identify project risks, adhere to the critical path and have a plan to mitigate issues that invariably arise - Work closely with Solution Architect, Development teams, Infrastructure and InfoSec and other technical groups to ensure environment set-up, access and security restrictions are reviewed to make all resources available as per the organization policies. - Ability to understand the infrastructure needs of the project and drive teams to get the environments up and running on time. - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, - Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. Skills to Succeed: - Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business problems and propose solutions. - Ability to understand in depth financial impact of solutions and alternative solutions available to help the project steering committee make the right decisions. - Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks to deliver solutions. - Certified PMP or Scrum Master would be an added advantage. - Ability to influence senior stake holders from business and IT on the proposed solutions and the project plan. - Insurance/Brokerage domain knowledge, Presentation skills with the ability to communicate at executive level.
